Since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, the health and safety of our customers and colleagues remains of utmost importance to us and we are continuing to monitor the developing situation closely while following all government and public health guidelines.
Government guidelines allow construction work to continue on our sites. Bellway has implemented social distancing safety measures and strict guidelines for workers on our construction sites which will maintain a safe working environment. Our Sales Centres and Showhomes remain reopen to enable you to purchase your dream home.
Sales Centres and Showhomes
Our Sales Centres and Showhomes are now open. Visits to Sales Centres and Showhomes are strictly by appointment only. We have put in safety measures to protect our staff and customers. Some of the steps we have taken include erecting safety screens, introducing social distancing measures, Covid-19 signage and provided digital versions of documents that can be emailed in order to keep our colleagues and customers safe. Working Safely on our Construction Sites
We have implemented social distancing safety measures and strict guidelines for workers on our sites which will maintain a safe working environment.
Ongoing care for our homeowners
We remain committed to providing the highest levels of customer care possible during the current situation.
All customer care calls and emails will continue to be responded to as normal during this period. We will continue to attend emergency situations where necessary, taking all required and recommended precautions to ensure the continuing safety of our customers and workforce. Customers with pre-arranged appointments will be notified directly.
Following Government guidance, we are able to resume both internal and external Customer Care works on properties following the introduction of new measures and protocols to safeguard our staff and customers.
Please note that any defect reported during this period will be recorded on your digital plot file. Providing that you have reported the issue within the initial two-year warranty period, we will address it when the situation improves, regardless if the warranty expires in the intervening period.
Please continue to directly report all enquiries or concerns to your divisional customer care team, to ensure that they are promptly and accurately logged in our system and can be addressed with the appropriate urgency.
