Our aim over recent months has been to gain a better understanding of you, our customers. We have listened to your feedback and made changes to ensure that we can continue to provide the personalised, 5-star experience that Ashberry is known for.
It is important to us that you have our undivided attention from the moment you walk into one of our centres.
Therefore, we kindly ask that you book an appointment before visiting one of our sales centres or showhomes.

During our telephone or email conversation with you, we will arrange an appointment for a time that suits you.
When you arrive
We know that your time is valuable. Booking ahead means that our Sales Advisor will be ready to welcome you as soon as you arrive for your appointment.
It is extremely important to us that you feel comfortable when visiting our sales centres. Hand sanitiser and sanitising wipes will be available in all sales centres for customers to use, should they choose to. The requirement of a face mask may vary per development, so please follow any signage at your chosen development and contact our Sales Advisor prior to your appointment if you have any questions. Please also note that certain restrictions still apply in Scotland and Wales.
During your dedicated one-to-one appointment, our Sales Advisor will take the time to fully understand your individual circumstances and answer any questions you may have. We are committed to providing only the highest level of care, from your initial enquiry through to moving day and beyond.

Refreshments and access to facilities
For safety and hygiene purposes, we will only be able to offer refreshments and access to toilet facilities at selected developments. If you have any concerns regarding this, please speak to one of our Sales Advisors prior to your visit who will be delighted to assist you.
