Bourne Springs is located in Bourne, Lincolnshire, less than two miles away from the town centre. This development benefits from excellent road connections to surrounding areas - major roads nearby include the A151 and A15. The market towns of Stamford and Spalding can be reached by car in around 25-minutes, while Market Deeping can be reached in approximately 10 minutes and Peterborough within around half an hour.

The development is in Bourne, Lincolnshire, and falls within the administrative boundaries of Bourne Town Council and South Kesteven District Council.

Keep your cupboards stocked at one of several supermarkets that are located just a quick drive away from Bourne Springs. In only around a five-minute drive, there are a handful of well-known stores, most notably based in the centre of the market town. Visitors will also discover a collection of high-street stores and independent shops.

For more comprehensive shopping options, there are a few shopping centres withing driving distance, including Deeping Centre, which is around 15 minutes away, and Stamford Retail Park, which is roughly 20 minutes away.

Bourne Springs benefits from a wonderful location that offers plenty in the way of entertainment and leisure. Either on foot on by car, there are numerous parks, heritage sites, and other stunning places of interest.

Just over a five-minute drive away is Bourne Wood, a beautiful woodland that features walking trails, ponds, and idyllic spots for picnics.

A little more than four miles away from the development is Grimsthorpe Castle Park and Gardens, a country estate nestled in more than 3,000 acres of parkland.

A 30-minute drive will lead residents to Baytree Owl and Wildlife Centre, which is home to more than 100 birds and provides educational and engaging encounter sessions throughout the year.
