From transport links, including Sleaford Railway Station and nearby A roads, to metropolitan attractions and useful local amenities – including a grocery store just a 10-minute walk away – residents are well served in this sought-after location. 

This development falls under the administration of Lincolnshire County Council. 

Sleaford is a community-centric area, with The Hub - one-and-a-half miles away - hosting contemporary craft, design, dance, and creative art exhibitions and workshops, as well as a charity raft race and annual water festival taking place in the area.

There is an array of entertainment within a 10-minute drive from the homes. Enjoy the wildflower meadows and woodland found at both Mareham Pastures Local Nature Reserve and Rauceby Warren Nature Reserve, with the latter also boasting a lake. Sleaford Golf Club is a popular location for relaxing days out, having previously won Conservation Greenkeeper of the Year. For serene walking routes, nearby Culverthorpe Lake supplies 3,000 acres of parkland and two lakes, while canal-side views are found at Sleaford Canal, which features 12.5 miles of peaceful scenery.

A little further out, Lincoln is 22 miles away and holds exciting city attractions along cobbled streets. Around an hour’s drive leads residents to the Lincolnshire Wolds and Black Buoy beach, while Nottingham city centre is reachable in as little as 50 minutes via train.

The homes are close to a fantastic transport network. Sleaford Railway Station is just over a mile away, with direct links to Lincoln in half an hour – with connections to Newark – Peterborough in 40 minutes, and Grantham in 25 minutes, the latter allowing passengers to easily reach London Kings Cross in just over an hour.

Those travelling by car have easy access to the A17 and A14, which join onto local road networks and national major roads.

When travelling by bus, Four Seasons Garden Centre bus stop is around a five-minute walk away, with routes leading into Sleaford centre. Sleaford Railway Station has an adjacent bus stop, featuring useful routes throughout neighbouring towns and villages to Lincoln, reaching the destination in around an hour.

Locals are afforded a wonderful market which takes place three times a week in the marketplace and offers the best in local produce. For everyday essentials, there are several grocery stores nearby, the closest of which is an 11-minute walk away. Sleaford town centre benefits from several supermarkets, accessible in just a five-minute drive.

For retail, Millstream Square – situated in the town centre – features a host of independent stores. A wider selection is found within Lincoln, which boasts high street favourites as well as Waterside Shopping Centre.

Local cuisine includes Thai and traditional British in Sleaford town centre, as well as Japanese, Indian, and Turkish – among others – in Grantham.

Parents are well-supplied with schooling options. Local primary schools in the area include Sleaford Church Lane Primary School and St Botolph’s Primary School, both of which are one-and-a-half miles away. Children of secondary school age can attend St George’s Academy, Carre’s Grammar School, or Kesteven and Sleaford High School, with parents able to drive to all in around five minutes. Those interested in pursuing sixth form education can attend Sleaford Joint Sixth Form, while popular colleges include Grantham College 16 miles away and Lincoln College half an hour’s drive away.

The closest universities to the homes are The University of Lincoln and Bishop Grosseteste University around 20 miles away. A little further afield, The University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University are both an hour’s drive away.
