Trident Way is situated in Brough, East Yorkshire, a little over 15 minutes’ drive west of Hull city centre. The development is just under seven miles away from junction 38 of the M62.

Brough, and this development, are under the administration of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council.

From outdoor activities to historical sites of interest, there are so many things to see and do in Brough and the wider area.

Just five minutes away from Trident Way is Welton Waters Adventure Centre, which offers all kinds of water-based activities on the Humber, including sailing, windsurfing, and canoeing.

Brough Golf Club is roughly a mile and a half away from the development and boasts an attractive 18-hole course that’s suitable for all abilities, and is available all year round.

Around 10 minutes away by car is the Humber Bridge Country Park, where there are plenty of scenic trails – perfect for dog walking or even bird watching.

Hull city centre, which is around 10 miles away, also has plenty of attractive destinations, such as The Deep, Ferens Art Gallery, and the Old Town.

Whether it’s for the weekly shop or just the essentials, there’s a supermarket located less than five minutes’ walk away from Trident Way.

For more comprehensive options, there are a host of shopping centres and retail parks just a short drive away, including Willerby Shopping Park and Barton Shopping Centre, which are both around a 15-minute journey.

Hull city centre also has a plethora of options, including high-street stores and independent shops and boutiques.

Commuters making a home at Trident Way can utilise the local train network to quickly and easily travel throughout the area, with Brough train station just over a mile away from the development. Regular services from the station travel to Hull (15 minutes), Leeds (45 minutes), and York (49 minutes).

Alternatively, commuters can reach all the aforementioned city centres by vehicle, too, with Hull just a 15-minute drive, while York and Leeds are only around an hour away.

Jetting off on an international holiday with little hassle is also possible, with Leeds Bradford airport just over 60 miles away.

There are several schools dotted around Brough, meaning parents at Trident Way have a number of options when it comes to the education of their children. For example, Hunsley Primary School is less than a five-minute walk away from the development, while Welton Primary School is only a mile away.

Secondary-level education is available via South Hunsley School and Sixth Form College, which is just over five minutes’ drive away from Trident Way.

There are a handful of universities within driving distance of this development, too, including the University of Hull, York St John, and the University of York.
